What are Flow Arts?

Flow Arts merge circus, dance, and skill-based prop manipulation, drawing from ancient and modern disciplines like Maori poi, hula hooping, juggling, and martial arts. These inclusive art forms are accessible to all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, promoting movement, learning, and confidence.
