All bookings are non-refundable unless the class, camp, workshop, or event is cancelled by Evento Ireland.
In the case of illness or exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to offer a transfer to another suitable date or experience, subject to availability.
Please ensure all details provided during booking are accurate, including attendee information, age group (if applicable), contact details, and any relevant medical or access needs.
For youth-based activities, children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian each day.
Evento Ireland reserves the right to make minor changes to facilitators, schedules, or programme content if necessary.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour that impacts the enjoyment or safety of others may result in removal from the activity or event without refund.
Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Evento Ireland and its team are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during any class, event, or programme.
All personal data provided during booking is stored securely and used in accordance with GDPR guidelines. We may use your contact details to send important updates or relevant future opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time.
